My First Post
Hello everyone! So this is my first post!! yay!! The website was a perfect gift from Bert. I want to thank you all for taking the time to read and leave comments. I hope you all continue to read and stay updated on the adventures of “jaspyhead” and “berthole.” 
Bert is actually sitting right in front of me right now as I type, something I find that I do not take for granted anymore, since we are doing long distance.
This is my trial run at doing this whole blog thing for our new site and we thought we would share a photo…of my toe.
There it is! I fractured my toe the other day at work. I was building a tent structure out of 4×4s and 2×4s when all of a sudden they all came crashing down…on my foot. I was forced to go to the hospital because of company policy(blah blah blah). My foot was x-rayed and I was told that I, in fact, had a fractured toe. It hurt like crazy and I limped for a day but I am doing fine now. Just thought I would share this quasi-tramatic event with you.
Over a year and still goin
We’re proud to say that we’ve now been together over a year and we’re still goin. I think the next year will go by quicker than this one did. Though Jasper probably wouldn’t agree with me.
And even though we have 3 states worth of space between us, with me in Georgia and Jasper in Louisiana, we continue to grow closer together every day. Hopefully this next year will be the same, until eventually there’s no space between us. I mean no states between us. Did I say too much?
